Wedding Trikes is proud to offer an exciting catering service. You may require just a snack, such as popcorn, doughnuts or hot dogs as an addition to your main catering, or have our staff cater the whole occasion from a greeting canape, main meal through to late night warmer! Whatever you decide, we offer a friendly dynamic service with dining options changing throughout the event giving your guests something to remember.
Dining Marquee - for a smaller function servicing 50 to a more ambitious event for up to 500 guests, our fine dining buffet offers an eclectic menu to suit all palets.

Hot
Salmon en croute: a whole fresh salmon slow cooked with green leaves, herbs and mascarpone cheese.This is served crispy hot with a parsley and lemon mayonnaise.
Lamb tagine: a traditional delicately spiced slow cooked Moroccan speciality served with lemon and coriander couscous.
Freshly made beef or lamb meatballs with aromatic rice or a choice of pastas.
Risotto flavoured to suit your event.
Deep home made lasagna with a choice of beef, lamb and vegetarian.
Seasoned Bratwurst sausage on its own or in a warm baguette.
Cold

Fresh fish and vegetarian sushi served on glass in a canape style.
Cold meats including ham off the bone from free range Scottish pork, moist Kentish turkey sliced and rubbed with garlic salt, roast chicken breast pan fried in honey and pine nuts.

Moroccan bastila with either fish, chicken or lamb.
Chilled fine lemon vermicelli noodles with a cool zesty tang.
Simple salt buttered pasta.
Various cous-cous salads.

Potato salad with whole grain mustard and sour cream.

Mixed leaf and herb salad with a traditional French dressing.

Sweet options include; home made cup-cakes, rich three-chocolate cake, profiterols with creme Francais, organic vanilla pod ice cream, traditional bread and butter pudding, apple and cinnamon strudel served with piping hot custard.

Carnival Kiosk - offering a traditional carnival feel for your function. This unit can cater popcorn, candy floss, hot dogs, hot doughnuts, ice cream, Slush Puppies, soft drinks. Great at a wedding or large scale event.
Posh Dog Cart - an attractive hot food unit serving hot dogs and steaming hot doughnuts. A great way to liven up a party or feed hungry wedding guests later in the evening. This service can be supplied with a cold buffet style side option. This has been a winner at weddings as a late night snack.
Hot Soup Trike - a choice of delicious piping hot soups and warm artisanal torn breads from a themed trike; smells fantastic on a cold night!
All functions are bespoke allowing the client to build their own menu.
